Maryland lawmakers are considering legislation on a growing problem of flash mob robberies. This House Bill number 46, will deal with recent issues that involves flash mob robbery. Under this current legislation, If a group of people enter a business place with the intention of stealing, each person can be charged with the goods they stole. Under this legislation their has been some disagreement on this bill of whether or not it should be inducted.

My name is Emmanuel Minja and I am a sophomore at Montgomery Blair High School. I am 15 years old and i enjoy playing sports with my friends and family. I am involved with the Gandhi Brigade after school programs and i enjoy working with the staff. My favorite subjects in school are math and science. I am interested in studying medicine when i go to college.
