MxD Unity - Feb. 2, 2009

On February 2nd, Mixed Unity gathered for another meeting at Gandhi Brigade. To begin, Herson showed off new music from 2 local area artists, Boogie Down Productions and CCB, a Local area Go-Go band, with messages of peace in their music.

 

 

The group was given a nomination questionnaire to give people roles and titles for a newly introduced branch structure at Mixed Unity, in order to be further organized.  The new structure breaks the group down into 6 positions, with 2 Co-Chairs going down.  In all, 6 people were nominated, by either their peers or them-self, for the new positions. Addam, Herson, Charlie, Juan, Hawa and Kathy were all nominated for positions.
